Camas is a city in Clark County, Washington, east of Vancouver along the Columbia River, near the west end of the Columbia River Gorge. It grew around its paper mill, and its walkable downtown along 4th Avenue, Lacamas Lake and the surrounding trails shape daily life. Portland is reached over the I-205 bridge.
