This policy explains what information Nathan Austin Real Estate collects through nathanaustinre.com, how it is used, and the choices you have. Nathan Austin is a licensed Realtor in Oregon and Washington, brokered by Keller Williams Realty Portland Central.
What we collect
Information you choose to send. When you use a form on this site (contact, inquiry, home valuation request, showing or relocation request, book request, or market letter sign-up), we receive what you type: typically your name, email address, phone number, property address, and your message.
Basic technical information. Like most websites, the servers that host this site may record standard request data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, for security, reliability, and basic visit statistics.
How we use it
- To reply to you and provide the real estate services you asked about.
- To keep a record of our conversation in a private client contact list, so follow-up is accurate.
- To send the Portland Market Letter, only if you signed up for it. You can stop it at any time by replying or emailing Nathan.
Nathan reviews and sends every personal message himself. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with other businesses for their own marketing.
Services that help run this site
Form submissions pass through an automation service and are stored in business tools such as email and a private spreadsheet. An AI assistant may help Nathan organize incoming messages and prepare draft replies; Nathan reviews every reply before anything is sent. Some pages include features provided by other companies, and those companies handle information under their own privacy policies:
- Property search, saved searches, and the instant valuation tool (IDX Broker).
- Embedded videos (YouTube) and podcast players (Apple Podcasts).
- 3D tours and listing videos on individual listing pages.
Information may also be shared when required by law, by a real estate transaction you are part of (for example with a title company or lender you choose), or by brokerage record-keeping rules.
Your choices
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to records we are required to keep. You can unsubscribe from the market letter at any time. To make a request, contact Nathan:

Security
We use reputable service providers and limit access to your information to the people who need it to serve you. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please do not send financial account numbers or government ID numbers through website forms.
